Invitation Cards

Everyone of you that got our wedding announcement email would know -- we desperately need to get our invitations ready. No, the real tangible paper invitations that we'll give out at drinks, or mail out to folks out of country.

Tyatt and I are totally sick of the ones that we get usually. The big red, square one. The one that opens up and have Chinese on one side and English on the other. The one that has a "artful" rendition on the Chinese character for wedding: "婚". We wanted something different for our invitation. Something that hopefully will evoke a heartfelt "wow" when opened.

From the bridal show we went to in January we've gotten a look at some of Toronto's wedding invitation vendors. Most of them does custom design invitations. We've started to visit them one by one to see what's up.
